Profile

AI infrastructure and cloud-native technical lead with 9+ years of experience building distributed systems, agentic AI platforms, service mesh, and secure networking products. I turn ambiguous platform ideas into dependable, usable systems — from architecture through release.

Experience

Software Engineer 4

Cisco Systems · San Jose, CA

Distributed Cognitive-Fabric Platform

  • Architected a distributed cognitive-fabric platform from zero to foundation, spanning control-plane data model, management plane, data plane, shared agent memory, and full-stack deployment.
  • Led integration across eight backend, reasoning, memory, graph, time-series, and web services; created one-command deployment that unblocked six-plus engineers.
  • Designed secure provisioning with API-key RBAC, Rego-based multi-tenant isolation, distributed heartbeat reconciliation, audit trails, user invites, and API-key management.

AGNTCY.org · Internet of Agents infrastructure

  • Owned backend architecture for the Linux Foundation-donated AGNTCY Directory SaaS, adding MCP/A2A record management, unified OASF records, CRUD and translation APIs, and version-aware schemas.
  • Drove OASF 0.3.1 to 0.7.0 migration, semantic search, protobuf/gRPC contracts, and schema compatibility across SaaS, UI, and core repositories.

Post-Quantum Cryptography Assessment

  • Led the PQC assessment PoC from research to customer-facing architecture, parsing NetFlow/IPFIX and TLS 1.3 handshakes to classify quantum-safe enterprise sessions.
  • Partnered with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, and cross-business-unit teams on 12 major customer engagements.

Motific.ai · Enterprise AI gateway

  • Scaled the AI gateway from 14 to 39 LLM models across OpenAI, Gemini, Vertex, AWS, and Mistral; added image generation, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech provider endpoints.
  • Led latency and cost dashboards, improving RAG ingestion from 200 KB/s to 550 KB/s; built RAG pre-ingestion guardrails with Cisco Umbrella DLP.

Software Engineer 3

Cisco Systems · San Jose, CA

Cisco Calisti · Istio + Kafka

  • Led OpenShift, Istio multicluster, RBAC, and operator workstreams for Red Hat Marketplace packaging and hybrid deployments.
  • Integrated Flagger canary delivery, cert-manager rotation, OIDC/Dex auth, and SPIFFE-SPIRE single and federated trust domains.
  • Reduced service-mesh CI runtime from 31 to 19 minutes and resolved release-blocking upgrade and certificate-management defects.

Cellular gateway

  • Delivered day-0 plug-and-play provisioning, Cisco Challenge token support-shell access, and Linux systemd service management for enterprise cellular gateways.

Software Engineer 2

Juniper Networks · Sunnyvale, CA

  • Built Source Routed MPLS and transit MPLS traffic statistics counters and debugging CLI commands for network telemetry.
  • Scaled the forwarding information base on a data-center router from 1M to 2M routes.

Software Engineering Intern

Juniper Networks · Sunnyvale, CA

  • Developed real-time network monitoring infrastructure using the Influx stack, detecting anomalies and alerting users during packet drops and network errors.
